Meeting 2 (9/5/23 original and 9/12/23 rerun)

• Messy attempt to get people on Melonland due to the WiFi blocking it
• Edited CSS, changed font, colors
  • Note for future meetings: have pre-tested tutorials beforehand to ensure easy teaching
  • Make sure HEX codes are copied and pasted properly
• Saved Cleartouch template for future convenience

Meeting 3 (9/19/23)

• Voted to switch to a template-based website instead of building from scratch
  • Used layouts found on sadgrl.online/webmastery/layouts/
• Attendees made accounts on codepen.io. This was done both out of testing convenience and to work around the computer lab caching issue
• Agenda for next programming meeting (10/10/23): explain div classes, address questions about new layouts, have sheet including guides (adding links & having them open to new pages, adding images, responsive image sizes, what div classes do, how to make them) and a CSS sheet
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY tell people that they should spend time working on their site on their own, as actually working on it is the best and most efficient way to learn this.
  • Recruit new members
  • Get people to add the Melonland widget to their site
